Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end features spanning event ingestion, failure detection, patch generation, verification, and the customer-facing product.
- Own reproduction logic, guardrails, and checks that prevent incorrect pull requests from reaching customer repositories.
- Translate customer conversations and production traces into shipped solutions and diagnose failures.
- Make architectural decisions involving schema design, service boundaries, performance, and correctness.
- Establish engineering culture and standards for testing, on-call practices, and releases.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience shipping production software, with the ability to work across multiple specialties.
- Strong TypeScript proficiency across frontend and core services.
- Experience building and operating AI agents in production, including understanding how and why they fail.
- Experience designing and optimizing high-volume event data pipelines with cost awareness.
- Experience with observability, monitoring, and production debugging.
- Strong product sense and the ability to independently solve ambiguous problems and make long-term architectural decisions.
- Bonus: experience with pull request review automation, code quality tooling, or early-stage startups.
