Responsibilities
- Design and implement technical architectures for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions using established best practices and standards.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement with other business applications using relevant technologies and platforms.
- Review development deliverables and provide technical feedback and guidance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Document technical designs, architectures, changes, and enhancements.
- Mentor and coach junior developers and architects.
- Support customers in achieving business goals and completing digital transformation initiatives.
- Own the overall technical solution and relationships with customer stakeholders.
Requirements
- Analytical skills to understand complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
- Consulting experience delivering CRM projects across industries and domains.
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, including configuration, customization, security, performance, and deployment.
- Experience with .NET and C# for plugins, Power Platform or Dataverse for low-code development, Azure Logic Apps or Power Automate for workflows, and Azure DevOps or GitHub for source control and CI/CD.
- Strong communication skills for working with customers, stakeholders, and international teams.
- Fluency in English and Dutch.
- Passion for CRM and the Microsoft ecosystem, with a proactive approach to learning and knowledge sharing.
- Strong focus on quality, customer needs, teamwork, and effective communication.
