Responsibilities
- Design and implement technical architectures for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions using established best practices and standards.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement with other business applications using relevant technologies and platforms.
- Review technical deliverables, provide development guidance, and troubleshoot issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Document technical designs, architectures, changes, and enhancements.
- Mentor and coach junior developers and architects.
- Support customers in achieving business goals and digital transformation outcomes while owning the overall technical solution and customer stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
- Analytical and consulting experience delivering CRM projects across industries and domains.
- Technology expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, including configuration, customization, security, performance, and deployment.
- Experience with .NET and C# for plugins; Power Platform or Dataverse for low-code development; Azure Logic Apps or Power Automate for workflows; and Azure DevOps or GitHub for source control and CI/CD.
- Strong communication skills for working with customers, stakeholders, and international team members.
- Fluency in English and Dutch.
- A proactive approach to learning and knowledge sharing, with a strong focus on quality and customer needs.
