Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.
- Design, develop, optimize, deploy, and maintain AI-powered applications using Python.
- Build intelligent process automation and workflow solutions.
- Research, prototype, and implement generative AI models and AI agents.
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and business teams to deliver AI solutions.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of deployed AI systems.
- Identify practical AI adoption use cases across HR, Finance, IT, Operations, and other business functions.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and best practices.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python for application development and automation.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including generative AI.
- Experience with process automation and intelligent workflows.
- Familiarity with building or integrating AI agents and LLM-based solutions.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical designs.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills in an R&D environment.
- Good English reading and writing communication skills.
- Preferred: AI agent development, MCP (Model Context Protocol), vector databases, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
