Responsibilities
- Own the overall architecture and core capability development of an enterprise AI Agent platform.
- Design task orchestration, tool invocation, context management, memory mechanisms, and multi-agent collaboration.
- Integrate AI-native capabilities into software engineering workflows, including coding, solution generation, test generation, reporting, and environment orchestration.
- Design and implement enterprise knowledge augmentation using RAG, GraphRAG, and knowledge graphs.
- Establish runtime governance frameworks covering isolation, sandboxing, permissions, auditability, traceability, evaluation, reliability, and cost management.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and platform teams to standardize and productionize platform capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in backend engineering, platform engineering, architecture, or similar enterprise-scale delivery roles.
- At least three recent years delivering AI-related production systems in a commercial environment.
- Strong systems-thinking ability focused on scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Proficiency in Java or Python with strong coding fundamentals and hands-on experience delivering complex systems.
- Deep understanding of LLMs and agent architectures, including task decomposition, planning, tool use, context and session management, memory design, execution loops, and exception handling.
- Practical experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent orchestration frameworks.
- Familiarity with AI coding and developer tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or Copilot.
- Hands-on enterprise RAG, GraphRAG, or knowledge graph experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with DevOps practices, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies is strongly preferred.
- Ability to drive cross-team execution and deliver production outcomes.
