Responsibilities
- Build and improve AI services using LLMs and custom machine learning models.
- Design, develop, and operate ML/LLM systems end-to-end.
- Write high-quality, testable, maintainable Python code.
- Enhance validation, observability, and performance monitoring for ML services.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ship AI-powered capabilities.
- Evaluate and optimize existing implementations by identifying bottlenecks and bugs.
- Design controlled experiments to test AI product features and analyze results.
- Contribute to technical design and code reviews to improve engineering quality.
- Experiment with model behavior and orchestration strategies to enhance user outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience with tool-use agents or workflow-aware AI systems.
- Experience building AI products in enterprise SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and statistical significance techniques.
- Knowledge of LLMOps/MLOps tooling and practices.
- Experience with modern data warehouses like Amazon Redshift or Snowflake.
