Responsibilities
- Design and build reinforcement learning tasks for AI models.
- Implement grading infrastructure for coding challenges.
- Run AI models against tasks and analyze their performance.
- Identify gaps in model capabilities and iterate on task design.
- Direct and evaluate coding agents effectively.
Requirements
- Recent graduate or about to graduate in a relevant field.
- Proficient in Python programming.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Strong technical fundamentals and creative problem-solving skills.
- No prior machine learning or AI experience required.
