Responsibilities
- Own entire product areas from concept through deployment.
- Ship features to production daily and transition rapidly built code toward scale and quality when appropriate.
- Build fully agentic systems that automate complex recruiting workflows.
- Talk with customers and iterate on the product based on feedback.
- Collaborate directly with the CTO and other founding engineers as engineer #4.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with experience in TypeScript and React.
- Strong practical experience working with AI and coding with AI tools; experience with LLM APIs is a bonus.
- High agency, resourcefulness, ownership, and a startup-oriented approach.
- Willingness to work intensively in a fast-paced founding-team environment.
