Base Salary
$180k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the design and implementation of cloud-side autonomy pipelines.
- Leverage satellite imagery and aerial surveys to build semantic and geometric world models.
- Design and ship tools that predict deliverability and reduce operational friction.
- Train and deploy mid- to large-scale models for semantic segmentation and 3D geometry.
- Design evaluation and validation infrastructure for model reliability.
- Work across engineering to integrate your work into fleet-facing autonomy systems.
- Lead architectural decisions and drive experimentation in production-grade perception.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience building and deploying deep learning-based perception systems.
- Strong understanding of classical computer vision and modern ML approaches.
- Hands-on experience with training and optimizing CNN and transformer architectures.
- An engineering mindset focused on outcomes over experimentation.
- Familiarity with building training, data annotation, and evaluation pipelines.
- Comfort working across systems, including data pipelines and distributed training.
- Experience deploying models in real-world, high-stakes robotics applications is a plus.
