Responsibilities
- Develop robust, maintainable software using established software development practices and standards.
- Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle.
- Build, deploy, and optimize scalable AI solutions and computational algorithms.
- Guide non-technical teams and consultants on software development best practices.
- Collaborate directly with clients on features for future product releases.
- Develop thought leadership, scientific papers, and conference presentations for BCG X.
Requirements
- Experience with software development and large-scale data analytics.
- Ability to optimize algorithmic and software design efficiency.
- Experience guiding non-technical teams and consultants on robust software development practices.
- Passion for solving problems and working across industries and topics.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, service-oriented, client-facing environment.
- Programming experience in Python.
