Responsibilities
- Design and build data platforms and enterprise integrations for 1–2 strategic customer accounts.
- Connect AI and agentic workflows with enterprise data, source systems, and downstream applications through APIs, data pipelines, event streams, middleware, and integration services.
- Combine hands-on engineering with architecture and design to turn prototypes into secure, governed, monitored, and reliable production services.
- Modernize customer data platforms and integrations while addressing data quality, governance, security, and compliance requirements.
- Translate customer business needs into technical solutions and provide client-facing consulting and delivery leadership.
- Guide teams and influence how AI solutions are delivered across industries and clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data platform engineering, data engineering, systems integration, or a similar technical role, with experience delivering enterprise solutions into production.
- Strong experience with modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, or equivalent, including data modeling, pipeline orchestration, and access and governance controls.
- Experience designing and building enterprise integrations using APIs, event streams, middleware, and platforms such as Azure Integration Services or Boomi.
- Strong experience with Azure or AWS.
- Hands-on exposure to AI or agentic solutions and an understanding of their dependencies on enterprise data, integrations, and platform infrastructure.
- Ability to combine hands-on implementation with architecture and design and deliver reliable, production-ready services.
- Strong understanding of enterprise data quality, governance, security, and compliance requirements.
- Strong client-facing and consulting skills, ownership, and ability to work in complex and evolving customer environments.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Finnish or another Nordic language is considered an advantage.
