Responsibilities

Own delivery for 1–2 strategic customer accounts from AI pilot through production.
Design, build, evaluate, and deploy LLM and agentic solutions with customer teams and consultants.
Develop end-to-end AI solutions spanning application code, infrastructure, integrations, and technical architecture.
Help customers address data quality, governance, security, compliance, and enterprise integration needs.
Provide hands-on technical guidance, navigate evolving requirements, and translate business needs into concrete solutions.
Contribute to pre-sales and turn successful delivery approaches into reusable patterns across the company.
Help shape AI architectures, guide teams, and influence AI delivery across industries and clients.

At least 5 years of experience building and shipping AI/ML-based systems into production, including strong recent LLM solution experience.
At least 5 years of AI or ML Engineering experience, or a similar full-stack engineering background.
Strong understanding of LLM and agentic system architecture, frameworks, evaluation, and production deployment.
Experience designing end-to-end AI solutions, including infrastructure, integrations, and technical architecture beyond application code.
Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP and modern AI services.
Understanding of enterprise requirements including data quality, integrations, governance, security, and compliance.
Strong client-facing and consulting skills, including ownership in complex customer situations and comfort navigating ambiguity.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
Finnish or another Nordic language is an advantage.
