Responsibilities
- Partner with account teams and Customer Engineers to assess feasibility, shape adoption-focused proposals, and validate Forward Deployed Engineering engagement requests.
- Lead technical design for enterprise AI solutions and integrate models, agents, and connectors with customer data, identity, and compliance systems.
- Diagnose complex implementation issues, identify product bugs, test workarounds, and remove execution blockers.
- Liaise with Product and Engineering teams to troubleshoot systemic deployment issues and translate field feedback into feature requests.
- Own technical delivery strategy and architectural direction alongside customer-facing implementation teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Five years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience with technical delivery strategies and interfacing with product or engineering organizations.
- Experience with system design or reading Java, C++, or Python code.
- Experience with system design or orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Experience with enterprise integrations, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML model deployments.
- Preferred experience solving novel technical problems, diagnosing bugs, orchestrating technical resources, and influencing technical or executive stakeholders.
- Fluent English plus Danish, Swedish, or Finnish is preferred for supporting clients in the region.
- Excellent executive communication skills and ability to translate technical integration issues into business impact.
