Responsibilities
- Build and orchestrate multi-agent AI systems and integrate agent outputs into production environments.
- Design intent-driven prompts and workflows for AI coding agents and validate generated code for quality, safety, and accuracy.
- Create scalable RAG architectures, vector stores, and knowledge systems.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize LLMs and AI agents in production.
- Implement responsible AI guardrails, observability practices, and AI operations workflows.
- Build AI-embedded applications and workflows using enterprise AI platforms and automation tools.
- Partner directly with clients and own production AI solutions in support of business outcomes.
Requirements
- 3–10 years of technical delivery experience with strong full-stack AI-tool fluency.
- Hands-on experience with agentic coding and multi-agent orchestration using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or LangGraph.
- Strong prompt and intent engineering skills, including the ability to validate AI-generated code.
- Experience designing RAG pipelines and managing vector databases.
- LLMOps and model lifecycle management experience, including guardrails, AIOps observability, and CI/CD for AI systems.
- Demonstrated agentic engineering, orchestration, context engineering, and retrieval engineering expertise.
- Production experience running LLMs and agents at scale.
- Full-stack AI delivery experience and a generalist builder mindset.
- Domain fluency, contextual judgment, and a track record of owning production outcomes.
