Responsibilities

Design comprehensive ServiceNow solution architectures for ITAM modules including HAM Pro, SAM Pro, and Contract Management.
Design architectures for ITOM modules including CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
Define data governance models for asset information and ensure data quality and integrity.
Develop strategic solutions that integrate CMDB and ITOM information into ITSM operations.
Architect integrations with endpoint management, security, IAM, and discovery systems.
Create roadmaps for expanding CMDB and ITAM capabilities across asset management, cloud, and infrastructure.
Ensure the architecture supports financial reporting, compliance audits, and cost optimization.
Advise stakeholders on asset management, configuration management, and the business value of ServiceNow.

At least 8 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in at least one core module area is required.
Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is highly preferred.
Deep expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, Flow Designer, and other ServiceNow core components.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
