Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, development standards, and delivery of custom software solutions.
- Develop APIs and Loan IQ integration components connecting upstream and downstream systems.
- Build UI components using React and frontend technologies.
- Lead code quality, peer reviews, testing, scalability, performance optimization, and troubleshooting efforts.
- Contribute to CI/CD, Azure-based delivery, release processes, and software delivery pipelines.
- Act as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Mentor team members and coordinate collaboration between technical and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development is stated in the additional requirements.
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, React.js, Loan IQ, and Kafka.
- Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Kafka/MQ, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, Azure, CI/CD, and AI-assisted development tools.
- Strong knowledge of frontend and backend development frameworks, scalable software architecture, code quality, deployment, performance optimization, and complex issue troubleshooting.
- A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
