Base Salary
$235k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Optimize pricing models to reduce infrastructure costs while improving accuracy.
- Iterate on the underwriting model to maximize cash advance disbursements.
- Lead the full ML lifecycle from model training to production deployment.
- Collaborate with Expert Pricers to enhance model improvements.
- Design and execute experiments to validate new features for models.
- Manage the models' AWS infrastructure and ensure low-latency API serving.
Requirements
- 7+ years of engineering experience with 5+ years in production ML/AI models.
- Deep proficiency in Python and SQL for custom feature-engineering pipelines.
- Experience with gradient-boosted or ensemble estimators and segment-specific tuning.
- Familiarity with LLMs and AI tools for production use cases.
- Experience with MLflow or similar tools for experiment tracking.
- Comfortable managing production model-serving infrastructure on AWS.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure management.
