Technical Architect Director
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Lead architecture and technical governance across complex Salesforce Data Cloud projects and workstreams.
- Design data foundations for AI, including ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, calculated insights, segmentation, activation, and zero-copy patterns.
- Oversee scalable, secure, high-performing solutions for large-volume and high-traffic public services.
- Define technical roadmaps, enterprise platform strategy, org strategy, security governance, data privacy, and responsible AI governance with customer stakeholders.
- Lead customer discovery, assess systemic risks and architectural gaps, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Support pre-sales by shaping Data Cloud solution approaches and communicating their technical value.
- Contribute to practice initiatives, reusable propositions, delivery assets, and knowledge sharing.
- Mentor and coach team members and develop emerging technical leaders.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading architecture and technical governance across complex, multi-team Salesforce programs, including acting as a design authority.
- Deep hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud expertise covering data modeling, ingestion and transformation, identity resolution, calculated insights, segmentation, activation, and data governance.
- Strong data architecture, data management, integration, scalability, performance, and AI-readiness experience.
- Knowledge of Salesforce APIs, event-driven integration, MuleSoft or equivalent, and enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, or Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience defining technical strategy, roadmaps, and single- versus multi-org platform strategies.
- Practical experience with security governance, risk management, data privacy, responsible AI governance, and Agentforce data grounding and guardrails.
- Excellent communication and executive leadership presence with business and technical audiences.
- Experience architecting or governing Marketing Cloud solutions alongside Data Cloud.
- UK or Irish public-sector experience, relevant security-clearance eligibility, Salesforce certifications, and experience shaping repeatable industry propositions are preferred.
