Responsibilities
- Design and deploy ML inference models for prediction, classification, anomaly detection, and recommendation over design and simulation data.
- Build pipelines to ingest, clean, label, and version datasets from design, layout, simulation, and physical-verification results.
- Develop LLM-based applications for troubleshooting, documentation Q&A, and methodology assistance.
- Implement model versioning, A/B testing, drift monitoring, and reproducible training pipelines.
- Create APIs and services integrating ML capabilities into EDA and engineering platforms.
- Collaborate with domain experts to define features, labels, and evaluation metrics based on engineering outcomes.
- Apply digital design verification expertise to testbenches, coverage, regressions, and mixed-signal verification workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
- At least 3 years of professional digital design verification experience.
- Strong experience architecting and building SystemVerilog/UVM testbenches, including agents, scoreboards, and coverage.
- Strong scripting experience with Python and Bash.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and communication skills.
- Preferred experience with VCS, Xcelium, Questa, batch or farm regressions, SVA, formal verification, and mixed-signal or AMS co-verification.
- Preferred experience creating and verifying behavioral models for analog circuits and automating testbench setup, result parsing, coverage reporting, or regression orchestration.
- Preferred proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Preferred practical ML/AI development experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex, LLM applications, RAG pipelines, or ML inference services.
- Preferred experience integrating agentic workflows with EDA tools and HPC or job-farm simulation environments.
