Responsibilities
- Act as a senior SAP advisor and primary point of contact for key clients.
- Lead solution assessments, requirements gathering, solution architecture, roadmaps, and SAP functional leadership.
- Support SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, optimization, and continuous improvement programmes.
- Lead functional workstreams across design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Coordinate functional consultants, technical teams, developers, and integration specialists while managing delivery risks, dependencies, and issues.
- Prepare statements of work, functional specifications, and delivery estimates.
- Manage client requirements, priorities, engagement pipelines, utilization, and future opportunities.
- Manage, mentor, and support SAP consultants and contribute to recruitment, capability building, knowledge sharing, proposals, and pre-sales.
Requirements
- Significant experience as an SAP Solution Architect or Lead Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and enterprise SAP environments.
- Deep expertise in one or more SAP functional domains, including Finance and Controlling, Procurement and Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, Supply Chain and Logistics, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, Asset Management, Human Capital Management, or Customer Experience.
- Experience delivering SAP implementation, transformation, or optimization programmes.
- Strong business process design and solution architecture experience.
- Experience working in complex, multi-site, or international organizations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- SAP certification is desirable.
- Experience with SAP BTP, Fiori, Integration Suite, or SAP Analytics Cloud is desirable.
- Experience leading large-scale or multi-vendor SAP programmes and supporting business development or pre-sales is desirable.
