Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the technical skills of the DevSecOps team.
- Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to design scalable, secure distributed systems and infrastructure blueprints.
- Build and automate multi-Kubernetes environments, microservices, and internal infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Implement secure CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices.
- Drive AI-driven automation for monitoring, resilience, incident response, and threat intelligence.
- Oversee SIEM, EDR, firewalls, and application security frameworks.
- Define cloud network and security standards and maintain global infrastructure and security services.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, SecOps, or Infrastructure Engineering, including at least 3 years in technical leadership or mentoring.
- Production experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm, including GKE or EKS.
- Extensive knowledge of AWS, GCP, and Azure, with expertise in Terraform and Terragrunt.
- Experience with CI/CD methodologies and GitOps.
- Strong Python development experience; JavaScript or TypeScript knowledge is an advantage.
- Production experience with Linux-based infrastructure and strong TCP/IP, DNS, and load-balancing foundations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hebrew.
- Experience securing AI/LLM pipelines, using AI tools for automated operations, knowledge of the OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, and experience writing security procedures, policies, or compliance frameworks are advantages.
