Responsibilities
- Design and deliver performant, reliable, intuitive AI agents for production environments
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot through deployment and continuous iteration
- Build, tune, and evolve AI agents and define Agent Development Life Cycle best practices
- Partner directly with large enterprises and startups to understand challenges and build AI-powered solutions
- Surface customer needs, prototype tools and features, and help evolve Sierra’s core platform
- Collaborate with research, product, and platform teams on agent architectures and development tools
- Experiment with voice models and integrate them at enterprise scale
Requirements
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
- Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing and ambiguous environments
- Builder and tinkerer mindset with high agency and ability to ship creative solutions
- Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and solve real-world problems
- Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production is preferred
- Founder or founding engineer experience is preferred
- Familiarity with evaluation frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering is preferred
- Prior experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go is preferred
- Previous customer-facing or external technical project leadership experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Thai is preferred for supporting Thai-speaking clients
