Base Salary
$200k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning techniques for clinical applications.
- Propose new methods to address NLP and ML challenges.
- Build foundation models for clinical information extraction and synthesis.
- Engage with cutting-edge research in NLP and generative AI.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to deliver user-focused products.
- Foster a robust R&D culture within the company.
Requirements
- PhD in computer science/applied mathematics or equivalent research experience.
- High-impact publications in top ML journals/conferences.
- Proven ability to design, develop, and ship innovations.
- Strong programming skills with modern ML/LLM stacks.
- Experience in training/inference of large foundation models.
- Excellent communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player eager to disrupt healthcare with AI/ML.
- Experience in healthcare or life sciences is a plus.
