Responsibilities

  • Build agent loops and orchestration with tool use, structured outputs, business-rule enforcement, and graceful failure.
  • Build secure MCP integrations connecting agents to backend systems and business APIs.
  • Render model output into live, streamed, accessible generative user interfaces.
  • Use retrieval, embeddings, and feedback loops to ground models in real data.
  • Develop evaluation systems that provide measurable improvement and take AI capabilities from prototypes to guarded production features.
  • Own full-stack applications end-to-end across frontend, backend, data, deployment, and operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience shipping production software.
  • 2+ years of experience building LLM-powered systems in production for real users.
  • Experience shipping and operating full-stack applications end-to-end.
  • Hands-on experience with generative or agent-driven UI protocols such as A2UI, AG-UI, MCP-UI, or similar.
  • Experience with prompt and context engineering, agents, tool use, structured outputs, evaluations, MCP, Python, TypeScript/Node, React, asynchronous systems, streaming, and observability.
  • Working fluency with retrieval, embeddings, and SQL.
  • Preferred experience includes fine-tuning, distillation, e-commerce or marketplace systems, and 0-to-1 product development.
