Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end software development from requirements through production deployment for key products and services such as accounting and reporting systems.
- Drive technical decisions, contribute to architecture and technical direction, and solve complex technical problems.
- Build scalable customer solutions using technologies such as React Query and gRPC.
- Take end-to-end operational responsibility for team-owned components.
- Share technical expertise, mentor engineering colleagues, and improve team development practices and processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience with Java or Kotlin and JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Experience with modern frameworks including Spring Boot and React.
- Strong AWS experience, including SNS, SQS, Kinesis, and Lambda, with efficient cost management; Terraform is a plus.
- Experience with event-driven and microservice architectures, including anti-corruption layers, event sourcing, and CQRS.
- Experience leading solutions from initial design through delivery and impact in a hands-on capacity.
- Working proficiency in English and the ability to collaborate effectively in dynamic, autonomous teams.
- Confident AI-augmented development experience, ideally with Claude Code.
- Experience with or strong interest in accounting systems or ledgers is advantageous.
