Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate the performance, scalability, stability, and reliability of web and mobile applications across iOS and Windows.
Design, develop, and maintain automated functional test solutions and end-to-end automation frameworks.
Develop and maintain test automation scripts using Selenium, C#, Cypress, RestSharp, Postman, Newman, and JMeter.
Analyze test results, generate performance reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and help ensure applications meet release quality goals.
Collaborate with development and cross-functional teams on testing strategies and quality frameworks.
Act as a lead for manual and automated testing and guide and mentor junior QA team members.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience designing and implementing quality frameworks for software development.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and DevOps principles.
Expertise in continuous integration and tooling such as GitHub, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
Expertise in software automation, test management, and bug tracking using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Azure DevOps, C#, Postman, and RestSharp.
Proficiency in performance testing with tools such as JMeter.
Experience with programming languages such as C# and Python and scripting with Bash or PowerShell is a plus.
Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing, including acting as a lead or senior quality engineer.
