Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate the performance, scalability, and reliability of web and mobile applications across iOS and Windows.
- Analyze test results, generate performance reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Ensure applications meet performance and scalability goals before production release.
- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with development teams.
- Create and maintain automation frameworks for functional and end-to-end testing.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, C#, Cypress, RestSharp, Postman, Newman, and JMeter.
- Develop quality frameworks for software products and contribute to team growth and productivity.
- Act as a lead and mentor junior members of the QA engineering team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience designing and implementing quality frameworks for software development.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and DevOps principles.
- Expertise with continuous integration and tooling such as GitHub, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
- Expertise in software automation, test management, and bug tracking.
- Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Azure DevOps, C#, Postman, and RestSharp.
- Proficiency in performance testing with tools such as JMeter.
- Experience with Python, Bash, and PowerShell is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing and acting as a QA lead.
