Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans and cases.
- Lead QA efforts across multiple projects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure coverage.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing.
- Participate in code reviews from a QA perspective.
- Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7–8 years of software quality assurance experience, including test automation.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proficiency with Playwright, Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress, or comparable test automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with Postman or REST Assured for API testing.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
