Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate the performance, scalability, stability, and reliability of web and mobile applications across iOS and Windows.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions and functional test automation frameworks for end-to-end scenarios.
- Develop and maintain test automation scripts using Selenium, C#, Cypress, RestSharp, Postman, Newman, and JMeter.
- Analyze test results, generate performance reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Ensure applications meet performance and scalability goals before production release.
- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with development teams.
- Develop and execute manual and automated testing strategies and quality frameworks.
- Act as a lead contributor and guide and mentor junior QA team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven track record designing and implementing quality frameworks for software development.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and DevOps principles.
- Expertise with continuous integration and tooling such as GitHub, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
- Expertise in software automation, test management, and bug tracking.
- Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Azure DevOps, C#, Postman, and RestSharp.
- Proficiency in performance testing with tools such as JMeter.
- Experience with manual and automated testing and acting as a lead contributor.
- Python and scripting with Bash or PowerShell are a plus.
