Base Salary
$169k - $338k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable, cloud-native AI-powered software systems and intelligent automation solutions.
- Translate domain-level strategies into system-level implementations while maintaining architectural integrity across teams.
- Drive operational readiness, observability, resilience, and incident analysis for software services.
- Provide technical leadership through code reviews, architectural decisions, process automation, and bottleneck resolution.
- Mentor engineers and collaborate with stakeholders to communicate complex technical concepts and improve engineering quality and velocity.
Requirements
- Extensive experience providing system-level technical leadership and delivering reliable, scalable software solutions.
- Expertise designing and building cloud-native, modular AI-powered systems that integrate AI and machine learning components.
- Strong proficiency in operational excellence, DevOps, observability, incident management, and service resilience.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area plus six years of software engineering experience, or eight years of software engineering experience.
- Preferred qualifications include a relevant master’s degree plus four years of software engineering experience, knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices.
