Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Translate stakeholder business needs into technical requirements and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with data scientists to prototype optimization algorithms and build technical roadmaps.
- Build low-latency data pipelines supporting budgeting, pacing, and real-time bidding decisions.
- Design, implement, test, and improve campaign optimization algorithms and prediction models.
- Build offline simulation tools and online dark-canary systems for safe algorithm iteration.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, architectural guidance, and cross-team influence.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Java, Python, C++, or another programming language.
- Proven experience developing, deploying, and operating fault-tolerant feedback control or reinforcement learning algorithms.
- Extensive experience in platform engineering leadership, scalable infrastructure, and reusable tooling.
- Demonstrated technical leadership, mentorship, and influence on architectural standards across teams.
- Minimum qualification of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and five years of software engineering experience, or seven years of software engineering experience without the degree.
- A master's degree with three years of software engineering experience is preferred.
- AdTech experience is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility practices is valued.
