Responsibilities
- Review engineering design proposals, code, vulnerability testing, and documentation across the product lifecycle
- Pair with the Cloud team to deploy AWS service control policies that prevent undesired configurations
- Hunt for vulnerabilities using traditional scanning tools and LLM or AI tools
- Automate security and compliance processes
- Implement and maintain log pipelines for SaaS applications and endpoint telemetry
- Work with red teams to test and harden detection and response capabilities
- Build response automation to reduce the risk of advanced attacks
- Contribute to the Teleport product to improve defensive capabilities
- Triage and tune detection and response logic to reduce false positives and noisy alerts
Requirements
- Experience with Go or Rust
- Security experience is preferred
- Cryptography engineering experience is preferred
