Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and JavaScript.
- Design and implement reusable components, automations, and features based on business requirements.
- Perform technical analysis, solution reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging.
- Optimize queries and business processes using SOQL and Salesforce development best practices.
- Support application maintenance, enhancements, integrations, and ongoing support activities.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams on solution architecture and implementation strategies.
- Contribute to version control and deployment processes using Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements
- At least four years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- At least four years of Salesforce configuration, customization, and development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and JavaScript.
- Experience with troubleshooting, debugging, technical solution reviews, and Salesforce integrations.
- At least one Salesforce certification, such as Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Platform Developer I, or another Salesforce certification.
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
- Advanced written and spoken English and fluent Spanish.
- Ability to work effectively in agile, collaborative, multicultural, and cross-functional environments.
