Responsibilities
- Develop, extend, test, and maintain Digital Tools services, APIs, and user-facing web applications.
- Debug production issues, analyze system performance, and improve the efficiency of services.
- Define and refine requirements with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical partners.
- Lead or contribute to architecture discussions and software development best practices.
- Create and execute test scenarios and maintain automated testing practices.
- Develop and deploy cloud-based solutions using Azure, infrastructure automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with capability teams and stakeholders to support agile delivery and prioritize new features.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Typically requires 5+ years of software development experience.
- Experience with systems development lifecycles and Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with Azure cloud-native PaaS hosting and cloud-based solution deployment.
- Experience building modern public-facing user interfaces and APIs consumed by multiple teams.
- Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, React or Vue, Redux, C#/.NET, RESTful Web API, Microsoft SQL or Azure SQL.
- Experience with PowerShell, Terraform, YAML, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Git, and automated testing practices.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and languages such as C# or Java.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, collaboration, stakeholder-partnership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
