Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end integrations between Salesforce, Conga, and the wider systems landscape.
- Build real-time and batch integrations using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Develop and manage REST and SOAP APIs and event-driven integrations.
- Ensure reliable data synchronization across Salesforce, Conga, and other platforms.
- Own end-to-end integration quality, standardize integration practices, automate appropriate processes, and troubleshoot issues.
- Support the M&A team by integrating acquired and divested businesses, including their products, leads, customers, contracts, data, and capabilities.
- Partner with business-as-usual teams and business stakeholders to deliver integration solutions that address real project needs.
- Act as a link between business and IT and communicate solutions through executive-level presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required; an advanced degree is a plus.
- At least 6 years of systems integration experience with strong depth in Salesforce and Conga.
- Strong experience with SQL and data modeling.
- Hands-on Salesforce integration experience, including APIs, Apex callouts, and Platform Events.
- Experience with Conga Composer, Contracts, Grid, and Trigger.
- Expertise with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and data transformations.
- Experience with at least one integration or middleware platform such as SAP CPI, MuleSoft, or Boomi.
- Strong understanding of systems integration patterns and architecture.
- Salesforce development experience with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning.
- Broad experience across different systems and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Experience partnering with business-as-usual teams to deliver effective integration solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, relationship-building, and executive presentation skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
