Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architecture, and Implementation teams to drive client engagement, customer wins, and Professional Services revenue.
- Plan and execute integration engineering projects end-to-end, from high-level architecture through implementation code.
- Explain Stripe products, features, and API architecture to customers and developer communities.
- Debug Stripe code and customer code and provide technical guidance to users and partners.
- Serve as the ongoing technical point of contact for the technical teams of major users and partners.
- Educate users and developers on Stripe best practices, new technical developments, and the Stripe value proposition.
- Provide recommendations, feedback, and best practices to Stripe Product and Engineering teams.
- Share technical thought leadership through whitepapers, conferences, and industry events.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in a Software Engineering or Integration Engineering role.
- Experience with code-level debugging of Stripe code and user code.
- Ability to explain technical concepts, Stripe product features, and API architecture.
- Strong generalist technical experience.
- User-first approach, empathy for users, and confidence working directly with customers.
- Preferred: willingness to solve open-ended problems individually and collaboratively, learn and teach others, communicate consultatively, and apply strong problem-solving skills.
