Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery with enterprise customers and identify business goals, workflows, requirements, stakeholders, decision criteria, and risks.
- Design and deliver tailored demonstrations, architecture workshops, and customer presentations.
- Lead technical evaluations and proofs of value with defined scope, success criteria, customer responsibilities, and decision gates.
- Explain enterprise AI, search, SaaS architecture, integrations, data flows, identity, permissions, security, and operational tradeoffs.
- Help customers assess build-versus-buy decisions and develop customer-specific ROI and procurement business cases.
- Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities, map stakeholders, align meetings, and define next steps.
- Build technical and executive relationships while maintaining momentum through changing evaluation requirements.
- Share customer insights, product gaps, and competitive patterns with Product, Engineering, and Solutions Engineering.
- Create reusable regional demos, technical guidance, and field enablement materials.
Requirements
- Approximately 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, technical pre-sales, solution architecture, technical consulting, or comparable customer-facing technical work in enterprise SaaS.
- Strong technical discovery and solution-design skills, including the ability to explain integration, identity, security, and architecture tradeoffs.
- Experience delivering customer-specific demonstrations, workshops, or technical evaluations to both engineers and executives.
- Ability to define useful proofs of value, including objectives, success measures, and resulting decisions.
- Experience working with technical buyers and partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams through complex customer decisions.
- Fluent Spanish and Portuguese for customer-facing work across Latin America and professional English for internal collaboration.
- Curiosity and learning agility in enterprise AI, search, and modern SaaS platforms.
- Clear written communication, dependable follow-through, and collaborative working practices.
- Experience with enterprise AI, search, knowledge management, data platforms, developer tools, enterprise integrations, APIs, cloud platforms, identity and access management, security reviews, competitive evaluations, ROI models, technical business cases, reusable demos, or regional enablement is helpful but not required.
