Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning solutions for customer use cases.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor and resolve complex machine learning issues.
- Coach customers on ML systems, feature extraction and definition, data validation, monitoring, and management of features and models.
- Deliver tailored solutions into production with customers, partners, and Google product teams.
- Support Google Cloud implementations through architecture guidance, best practices, data migration, capacity planning, implementation, troubleshooting, and monitoring.
- Create best-practice recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, and sample code.
- Travel up to 30% in-region for meetings, technical reviews, and onsite delivery activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience building machine learning solutions and working with technical customers.
- Experience designing cloud enterprise solutions and supporting customer projects through completion.
- Experience with data structures, algorithms, software design, and Python coding.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Preferred experience with recommendation engines, data pipelines, distributed machine learning, deep learning frameworks, data analytics, data visualization, and Data Science methodologies.
- Preferred experience in software development, professional services, or technical consulting for new technology initiatives.
- Knowledge of data warehousing, technical architectures, big data environments, cloud computing, virtualization, multi-tenant infrastructures, and storage systems.
- Strong customer-facing communication, listening, and solution-architecting skills.
