Responsibilities
- Configure and integrate the Salesforce Marketing Cloud MobilePush SDK in iOS and Android applications.
- Manage push notification configuration, device registration, tokens, and delivery validation.
- Implement and validate AppsFlyer SDK integrations, in-app events, deep links, attribution, payloads, and parameters.
- Configure and debug Google Analytics 4/Firebase events, parameters, and user properties using diagnostic tools.
- Perform end-to-end testing across mobile applications, SDKs, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics 4/Firebase, Marketing Cloud, Journey Builder, and MobilePush.
- Support mobile SDK initialization, updates, permissions, push tokens, and application lifecycle behavior in Swift and Kotlin.
- Analyze and resolve integration issues involving connections, authentication, and information exchange between systems.
- Design and document integration architectures connecting microservices with marketing and analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with mobile development, marketing, and analytics teams to meet business and technical standards.
Requirements
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, including MobilePush, Journey Builder, and APIs.
- Experience configuring and integrating Marketing Cloud MobilePush SDKs in mobile applications.
- Experience implementing and validating AppsFlyer SDKs, in-app events, attribution, and deep links.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Firebase event implementation, debugging, parameter validation, and measurement taxonomies.
- Mobile development experience with Swift and Kotlin SDK configuration, initialization, and updates.
- Experience performing end-to-end testing of mobile integrations and marketing or analytics platforms.
