Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end QA efforts for Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementations, enhancements, major releases, and business-critical deployments.
- Create test plans, strategies, estimates, scenarios, regression suites, risk assessments, and quality reports.
- Validate SFCC storefront, checkout, post-purchase journeys, catalogs, price books, promotions, campaigns, inventory, customer groups, and B2C Commerce architecture.
- Test integrations with OMS, payment, tax, shipping, and other connected systems.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, UAT, smoke, accessibility, localization, internationalization, responsive, cross-browser, and cross-device testing.
- Own QA sign-off and release-readiness assessments, facilitate defect triage and quality review meetings, and support hypercare and production validation.
- Coordinate testing across teams and stakeholders, act as the QA point of contact, and support demonstrations, sprint reviews, and UAT activities.
- Mentor junior and mid-level QA engineers, review test artifacts, drive quality metrics and defect-leakage analysis, and promote automation and test optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical Quality Assurance/Quality Engineering experience.
- At least 7 years of QA experience, including 3–5 years of Salesforce Commerce Cloud testing experience.
- Strong hands-on experience testing Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SFRA, and SFCC Business Manager configurations and administration.
- Experience testing complex, high-volume eCommerce applications and validating SFCC implementations, enhancements, and production releases.
- Knowledge of end-to-end eCommerce order lifecycles, B2C Commerce architecture, storefront and checkout journeys, and OMS, payment, tax, and shipping integrations.
- Experience with test planning, test strategy, risk assessment, defect management, release planning, quality reporting, UAT, hypercare, and post-release quality monitoring.
- Experience coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders, leading release QA, mentoring QA engineers, and managing QA sign-off.
- Preferred experience with SFRA, headless and composable commerce, native iOS and Android app testing, multi-site/multi-language/multi-currency storefronts, loyalty, subscription, marketplace models, cloud environments, and release management.
- Preferred experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Postman or similar API testing tools, Selenium, Katalon, or Playwright.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, communication, and distributed-team collaboration skills.
