Base Salary

$211k - $235k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the long-term infrastructure architecture roadmap aligned with business growth.
  • Architect resilient, multi-region, and cost-optimized AWS cloud solutions.
  • Build enterprise developer platforms and automated self-service tooling.
  • Establish standards for availability, disaster recovery, failover, and incident management.
  • Define security compliance, zero-trust network topology, and organization-wide observability frameworks.
  • Coach and mentor engineers and champion engineering best practices.
  • Partner with engineering leadership, product managers, and security teams to resolve systemic bottlenecks.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure, DevOps, Platform, or SRE roles with architectural leadership experience.
  • Deep expertise in AWS architecture, multi-account structures, network topology, cost governance, and cloud security.
  • Advanced experience with Kubernetes at scale, service meshes, and Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
  • Expertise designing GitOps deployment workflows using ArgoCD, Flux, or GitHub Actions.
  • Strong experience with MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis, and DAX in high-load environments.
  • Proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash scripting and software development.
  • Ability to balance immediate operational needs with long-term scalable architecture.
  • Proven ability to influence architecture and cross-team technical alignment without formal management authority.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $211,000-$235,000, plus bonus and stock.
