Responsibilities
- Design and integrate secure cloud and on-premises infrastructure in accordance with security policies.
- Architect and integrate SIEM and security monitoring tools into cloud environments.
- Deploy and manage Google Cloud infrastructure using Terraform for cloud resource provisioning and SIEM configuration.
- Develop security automation, scripting, and Detection-as-Code with Python.
- Manage and optimize GitHub Actions and Runners for CI/CD automation.
- Implement DevSecOps practices, configure and optimize SIEM solutions, and support threat detection and response.
- Collaborate with vendors, cloud architects, security teams, and third-party service providers.
- Document infrastructure processes, configurations, and operational workflows.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Google and Azure Cloud security, DevSecOps, infrastructure automation, and third-party security-tool integrations.
- Recent experience architecting cloud solutions with security monitoring, threat detection, and compliance tools.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and GitHub Actions and Runners for secure cloud deployments and CI/CD automation.
- Experience with SIEM technologies including Google SecOps, Microsoft Sentinel, and Chronicle SIEM.
- In-depth knowledge of Azure and cloud services and cloud-security best practices.
- Experience ingesting cloud-service data into SIEM platforms for monitoring and threat detection.
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and security-compliance frameworks.
- Cloud Security Engineer or Architect certifications are preferred.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, plus an aptitude for identifying and solving cloud-security challenges.
