Responsibilities
- Specify and implement cryptographic algorithms and secure software across platforms, including post-quantum cryptography.
- Design and implement software countermeasures against side-channel analysis and fault-injection attacks.
- Collaborate with security architects, internal evaluation teams, OS teams, firmware teams, test engineers, and platform support engineers.
- Own technical topics through software design, implementation, code reviews, architectural contributions, and technical planning.
- Support product certification activities and security evaluations, including requirements up to Common Criteria EAL 6+.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in mathematics, cryptography, computer science, electronic/electrical engineering, information technology, or a relevant discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant industry experience in cryptography and embedded security, or an equivalent combination of an advanced degree and relevant experience.
- Strong understanding and implementation experience with cryptographic primitives including ECC, RSA, AES, and SHA-2/SHA-3.
- Solid embedded software development experience using C and Assembly, with knowledge of microcontroller architectures such as ARM Cortex-M and RISC-V.
- Knowledge of hardware and software countermeasures against side-channel and fault-injection attacks.
- Experience in post-quantum cryptography is preferred.
- Experience with Rust is preferred, along with strong debugging and analysis skills.
