Base Salary
$230k - $390k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build simulation and benchmarking platforms for testing AI agents against real-world scenarios.
- Create intuitive no-code tools for guiding and testing AI agents.
- Develop lifecycle practices and systems for AI agents with non-deterministic behavior, natural-language interactions, and large language model reliance.
- Build generative tools and self-improving agent systems using customer feedback, real-world interactions, and self-play.
- Build and ship full-stack production solutions with high autonomy and customer impact.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience building production products and systems.
- Experience and comfort building and shipping full-stack solutions.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Passion for frontier AI products and motivation to drive outcomes in a high-autonomy environment.
- Preferred experience building AI-powered products, developer tooling, programming languages, or databases.
- Preferred experience with Go and TypeScript and a sharp eye for design.
- Preferred leadership experience on technical projects or teams.
