Responsibilities
- Build and deliver software updates and technical changes for EverWell SaaS products as part of an agile team.
- Solve technical and delivery challenges and contribute to technical planning, scoping, software design, and product work.
- Promote and improve software standards, identify technical debt, and ensure maintenance work is addressed.
- Validate solutions and deliver customer value through incremental development, feature flagging, and partial deployments.
- Participate in incident response and on-call teams.
- Champion technology adoption, AI-assisted development approaches, agentic workflows, and DevOps principles.
- Collaborate across product and engineering teams and communicate technical concepts to varied audiences.
- Coach and mentor junior engineers and provide constructive feedback.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering or an equivalent role, including experience building SaaS software.
- Strong competency and experience with .NET and API design.
- Experience migrating to .NET Core is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to champion technology adoption and design AI-assisted development approaches and agentic workflows with measurable throughput gains.
- Experience with IaaS platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Experience with incremental delivery techniques including feature flagging and partial deployments.
- Strong collaboration, written communication, verbal communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and advocate for collaborative programming techniques.
- Proven experience coaching and mentoring junior engineers.
