Responsibilities
- Develop high-performing frontend and backend solutions using Java and React.
- Design, develop, and implement robust software solutions using AI agent-based development methods and tools.
- Write well-designed, testable, efficient, and readable code that meets internal and customer standards.
- Test, debug, and validate delivered software.
- Contribute to code reviews, performance tuning, and CI/CD practices.
- Review and validate AI-generated code, including its failure modes, hallucinations, and quality indicators.
- Help improve the team's engineering standards while working directly with customers in interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- University degree in computer science or a comparable discipline.
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Java and React.
- Experience or willingness to work with agile methods such as Scrum or Design Thinking.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive, pragmatic, team-oriented approach.
