Responsibilities
- Develop and improve full-stack product capabilities for an AI-powered recruiting platform.
- Implement LLM-powered capabilities for staffing workflows and partner systems.
- Own cross-system technical solutions from design through delivery.
- Build and maintain integrations with Salesforce, applicant tracking systems, backend services, APIs, and frontend web applications.
- Prototype solutions with users and partners and use feedback to guide product and technical decisions.
- Define technical options, communicate constraints and tradeoffs, and coordinate changes with partner teams.
- Maintain reliable production services through testing, code reviews, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Five or more years of software engineering experience.
- Demonstrated leadership of technical design and delivery across systems and teams with significant autonomy.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Practical experience developing production LLM applications.
- Experience improving agent behavior through prompt iteration, evaluation, and guardrails.
- Experience across backend services, APIs, and frontend web applications.
- Experience working directly with clients and technical and non-technical partners.
- Regular use of AI coding agents and related AI development tools.
- Enterprise experience is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Django, Flask, or a similar Python web framework is preferred.
