Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise application modules and microservices.
- Build and maintain backend and frontend components using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and related technologies.
- Analyze requirements and define technical solutions with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Create and execute test cases and support software quality and reliability.
- Participate in Git-based development, CI/CD processes, deployments, and production support.
- Diagnose incidents, performance bottlenecks, and application issues.
- Contribute to architecture discussions, technical decisions, observability, security, and engineering best practices.
- Use AI-powered development tools for code generation, refactoring, documentation, testing, debugging, code reviews, and SDLC automation.
- Support the adoption of AI engineering governance and secure AI-tool usage.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering culture.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a full-stack software developer, preferably with a backend focus.
- C1-level Spanish and English proficiency.
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate/JPA.
- Experience with Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL technologies including Oracle or PostgreSQL.
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
- Experience with Git, GitHub, microservices architecture, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Docker and OpenShift.
- Hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted engineering practices.
- Experience integrating AI into engineering processes and delivery pipelines.
- Preferred experience with event-driven architectures, messaging systems, Kubernetes, automated testing frameworks, AI/ML platforms, GenAI integrations, AWS, and monitoring, logging, or observability tools.
- Knowledge of software security and secure coding practices in AI-assisted development environments.
