Base Salary
$170k - $216k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive architectural and framework improvements for driving quality and performance.
- Gain a holistic understanding of the Waymo code lifecycle from deployment to simulation.
- Architect, implement, and deploy essential C++ APIs for critical functions.
- Guide onboard teams in setting up software for efficiency and reliability.
- Improve internal tools and development processes to accelerate engineering velocity.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Physics, Math, or related field.
- 3 years of experience as a software engineer or in similar roles.
- 3 years of experience in C++ programming.
- 2 years of experience in software infrastructure or systems.
