Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage QA processes that ensure products meet quality, functional, reliability, and specification requirements before delivery.
- Coordinate product testing and communicate quality standards and parameters to QA and development teams.
- Identify, analyze, and help resolve recurring bugs, defects, and other product issues.
- Review client, customer, and user feedback to inform quality improvements.
- Work with the manager to communicate software releases to the business.
- Use AI-assisted testing workflows to generate test cases, analyze logs, identify edge cases, and improve test coverage.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education and/or related work experience.
- 4+ years of relevant QA or testing automation experience.
- Experience with business software systems and user management.
- Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, or Cypress for end-to-end browser testing.
- Working knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
- Familiarity with AI-powered QA platforms such as Testim, Mabl, or Functionize.
- Understanding of CI/CD integration for automated test pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI.
- Ability to evaluate AI tools, validate AI-generated code, apply prompt-engineering basics, and understand model limitations in testing.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, teamwork, multitasking, and learning skills.
