Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and support significant software features and projects using React, Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch.
- Participate in all stages of the project lifecycle, from requirements through production implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and prioritize software requirements.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality coding standards.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and bottlenecks.
- Write unit and functional tests to improve code coverage and automation metrics.
- Continuously learn and adapt to modern technologies and development practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with React, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Knowledge of Oracle, MySQL, and SQL databases.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of professional experience and/or training.
- Experience with Git, Maven, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
- Understanding of full-stack environments, software architecture, and design principles is helpful.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Problem-solving, debugging, troubleshooting, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile principles and multiple projects or development cycles is preferred.
